Daniel and his wife, Kelly, have lived in Marion, Iowa for 16 years, where he serves as co-pastor of New City Church, located in Cedar Rapids. Daniel graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1985. He has served as a youth pastor in 3 different churches for 17 years. Daniel is the President of Drop
Inn Ministries of Iowa, a non-profit organization that helps provide humanitarian aid to countries around the world. He also has served on the board of an organization called Serve The City.

Dan Devore

Cedar Rapids Community School District, Metro

Dan graduated from Jefferson High School in 2000. He graduated from University of Northern Iowa and began his career in education in 2005. He started this work as an at-risk coordinator at Alburnett JR/Sr High School. Dan accepted the Principal position at Metro High School in Cedar Rapids in 2017. He looks forward to continuing to push youth to explore their possibilities and create concrete plans that can help them reach those goals.

Emily Davis

Emily came to Cedar Rapids by way of Kansas in the summer of 2017. She grew up on a cattle farm and studied at Kansas State University.  Eager to give back to the community she calls home, she accepted the opportunity to serve at the ROC Center. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active in her church, cooking, reading, and exploring Iowa state parks.

Rod Dooley

Cedar Rapids Community School District

Rod and his wife, Karen, have lived in Cedar Rapids, IA for 21 years where he serves as co-Pastor of New City Church. Rod  is also employed by the Cedar Rapids Community School District where he serves as the Chief of Equity and Office of Learning and Leadership.  Rod has served as a lead pastor for 16 years and prior to that, he served as a youth pastor for 4 years. Rod accepted his call to the ministry in November 2000 and was ordained in May 2002.

Steven Wilson

Steven works for CIRAS, a company that creates specific solutions that allow each business, along with its community, to prosper and grow. Prior to that, Steven was the owner of Zoned Strategies (a WCTS, Inc company), a business consultancy that helps businesses become the best they can be by helping them apply the best and brightest strategies, tools and methods to their operation. Steve is the member of several professional associations and serves as an adviser on local and national non-profit boards.
